Citizens Advice are seeing significant challenges that are faced by their clients due to digital exclusion. In an age where essential services such as welfare benefits, but also simple things like paying a parking fine, is now impacting those without digital access.
With the rapid pace that technology is changing is this leaving many older adults left to struggle.
We also hear how volunteers are the back bone of how East Hampshire Citizens Advice operates. After volunteers week, it was a perfect time to seek more volunteers.
